A PowerPoint slideshow facility will be available to presenters of full papers.   However, please note the following points:-

Presentations can be brought to the conference on a CD or a USB stick and handed in at registration, so that they can be pre-loaded into the Sheffield Hallam system.  However, connecting speakers’ own laptops to the system should be avoided, as it may lead to delays.

The Sheffield Hallam system is not currently compatible with Windows Vista applications such as Office 2007.  Therefore, please do not save your presentation file on any of those applications, but save it in a format such as Office 2003.

If your presentation is composed on a Macintosh system, it is possible that you may find that the fonts are changed.  In addition, embedded QuickTime movie files will not work.
