At least one of the authors is required to register to ICISO 2009 otherwise the paper will be exclude from the final conference proceedings.

Please download registration from below. (Due to a lot of requests from domestic Chinese scholars, we are providing a separate registration form which allow them to pay the registration fee with Chinese RMB)
